Competence Gap

 

The module allows you to create a database of the skills necessary for the organization, be it managerial, behavioral or technical, through the identification and classification of each specific area of ​​expertise.

The process involves the identification of the specific skills for each family, the skills for each position (role), the level of intensity required and the assignment  allows the weight of each competence  for the specific role.

The evaluation of the employee allows you to analyze the degree of responsibility of the employee in relation to his  role and to identify the GAP between required skills and competencies observed.

The module allows you to identify the skills also related to career planning and floor replacements.

 The career planning in the long run is not effective because the individuals selected in the past to plan the future replacements may not be available when needed.

 This module instead allows you to search and instantly identify the person or persons best suited to fill a position. Selecting the position / person to be replaced are obtained in sequence all possible candidates and the skills possessed. You can then sift them analytically, to identify those candidates who have behavioral, managerial or technical competencies most suitable to hold the position.

For a specific job you  may also select the skills required and obtain the best employees   with the  specific skill.
