Performance valuation is an essential tool to verify the  organizational behavior  and individual performance. In Pinsy the assessment criteria are freely defined by the user, who  can vary the definition and choice of the factors in relation to the role of the position. Each factor can also be assigned a different weight in relation to the role, so that all employees can be properly assessed with absolute fairness in relation to the type of work done.

 

As the assessment of the performance can be integrated with  Management by Objectives, you have the option to define accordingly a system of "pay for performance" absolutely effective, although it is nevertheless possible to define a plan of bonuses or salary increases based solely on performance.

 

Evaluating the performance of the employee is the responsibility of the Manager, who will have access to the evaluation of its employees and will, during the evaluation interview, formalize a judgment on shortcomings or growth prospects.

In any case, the information obtained is extremely useful for the training manager, who can choose training courses according to the needs identified for each individual or for the organization..

The Head of Human Resources will have the sole task of defining the parameters of the system and can obtain, online, the synthesis of all risults of the whole organization.

The evaluation report  is integrated with the evaluation of the objectives and the results are used to calculate productivity bonuses.The process ensures absolute objectivity and transparency.

The system  database contains tens of assessment factors that can be used immediately. The user  can however change them or add new ones to adapt the system to his needs.
