The Assessment module allows potential talent scouting and identification of employee potential for growth. In order to facilitate the user's work, the module contains a complete  evaluation plan with specific areas of analysis and illustration of specific skills, in management, decision making, problem solving and self development able to evaluate the personality traits of the person evaluated.

The questionnaire, which can be revised and adapted  according  to the specificities of the company, is constituted by a series of questions with  positive and negative valence, that ensure the correctness of the assessment and favor immediate analysis.

You can then sift them analytically, to identify those candidates who have behavioral, managerial or technical skills  most suitable to hold the position.

The use of the program may allow a self-assessment, with the guidance of a psychologist, thus promoting a delivery without traumas and conflicts, which can easily lead to the acceptance of the strengths and weaknesses emerged and encourage personal reflection and decision of awareness of one's limitations and opportunities.
